We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our growing ERP Solutions team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive Odoo solutions that streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency for our clients.

- Design and develop custom Odoo modules and applications
- Customize existing Odoo modules to meet business requirements
- Integrate Odoo with external systems and third-party applications
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Odoo implementations
- Participate in software upgrades and migrations
- Provide support and training to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP projects
- Maintain code quality and follow best practices
- Document technical specifications and user guides
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Odoo development
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Odoo framework and module development
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Odoo certification is a plus
